‎c. October ‎2009 – Northern NJ

I grew up in the western suburbs of Detroit.  After high school I attended Jackson College on a full instrumental and vocal music scholarship.  Some of my earliest poems appeared in Jackson College’s literary journal, Mind’s Eye.   After a year, I transferred to U of M – Flint as a Theater Arts major, and continued to write where my poetry appeared in the school’s art review, Selah.

Writing is cathartic.  Any expression of creativity is a gift.  For me, it’s as if I’ve been given the privilege of being a Vessel through which these words now flow.  After a long hiatus from actively creating, I’ve started writing again.

You can also find my writing and other writer’s art and poetry here.
